  一、根据工程使用要求来选择合适的机器,正确使用搅拌机,是提高混凝土搅拌机设备效率的重要途径。

  1按工程量和工期要求选择

  混凝土工程量大且工期长时,宜选用中型或大型固定式混凝土搅拌机或搅拌站。如混凝土工程量小且工期短时,宜选用中小型移动式搅拌机。
  When the concrete quantity is large and the construction period is long, medium or large fixed concrete mixer or mixing station should be selected. If the concrete quantity is small and the construction period is short, the medium and small mobile mixer should be selected.

  如搅拌混凝土稠度小且骨料粒度大时,宜选用容量较大的自落式搅拌机。如搅拌稠度大而骨料粒度大的混凝土时,宜选用搅拌筒转速较快的搅拌机。如稠度大而骨料粒度小或主要应用于轻骨料或者是硬性骨料混凝土的搅拌中,宜选用强制式搅拌机。一般高强度等级的、对混凝土的状态要求高的、用量大的、都需要用强制式搅拌机。

  1做好润滑工作

  混凝土搅拌机每日工作前都要检查各润滑处的油料及电路和控制设备,并按要求加注润滑油。但是搅拌机需要润滑的本地有很多,加润滑剂的方法和量都不相同,有时候还需要更换新的润滑剂。
