混凝土搅拌车是把水泥、砂石骨料和水混合并拌制成混凝土混合料的机械。搅拌机主要是运用在建筑行业的现场搅拌上，而通过搅拌设备搅拌出的混凝土要通过搅拌车运送到使用混凝土的地方。

混凝土搅拌车要怎么清洗？
How to clean concrete mixer truck?
一、定期进行保养规程所规定项目的维护、保养作业，如清洗、润滑、加油等
1、 Regularly carry out the maintenance and maintenance of the items specified in the maintenance regulations, such as cleaning, lubrication, oiling, etc
二、混凝土搅拌车开动前要先检查各控制器是否良好，停工后用水和石子倒入搅拌筒内10~15分钟进行清洗，再将水和石子清出。操作人员如须进入搅拌筒内清洗时，除切断电源和卸下熔断器外，并须锁好开关箱。

日常维护工作如下：

1、按照规定在每一次主机启动时给搅拌车轴端密封定时加油，以保证油封结构长期正常运转；

2、检查其他的加油点如各转动、转动轮和轨道等是否需要加油。

3、检查易损部件，如衬板、叶片、搅拌臂等，及时调整或更换。
