一.行走无力或油温过高

1、 Weak walking or high oil temperature

自动上料搅拌车行走无力或油温过高时，就需要判别是离合器活塞密封不严仍是油压缺乏引起的，但惯例检测手段有时很难断定是哪个原因引起毛病，尤其是在无动力的情况下，检查组装好的变速器总成的各密封环就更困难了。此刻，可采用气压阀进行测试。

When the automatic charging mixer is unable to walk or the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to judge whether the clutch piston seal is not tight or the oil pressure is insufficient. However, it is difficult to determine which cause the fault by conventional inspection methods, especially in the case of no power, it is more difficult to check the seal rings of the assembled speed converter assembly. 1.将自动上料搅拌车变速器控制阀拆掉（对组装好的变速器应在装控制阀之前）；

2.顺次给变速器各油孔通人0.6一0.8MPa的气体，若某一个孔通人气体时，听到"嘭"的一声且无漏气声或漏气声很小进口计量泵，则阐明与之对应的离合器活塞与缸筒间的密封杰出；

2. Inject 0.6-0.8 MPa gas into each oil hole of transmission successively. 二.自动上料拌和机抱轴

1.可能是拌和主机进水管与冲水方位原因。冲水点方位和冲刷方向不正确的话，也或者是冲水压力过低，导致水在进入主机内部后，不能将暂时粘结在轴上的混凝土冲刷掉，则时刻久了就简单构成抱轴。

1. It may be due to the water inlet pipe and flushing direction of the mixing machine. If the direction and direction of flushing point are incorrect, or if the flushing pressure is too low, the concrete temporarily bonded to the shaft can not be washed away after water enters into the main engine, and the shaft holding will be simply formed after a long time.

2.可能是质料投料方位问题。拌和混凝土所用的物料主要是砂石骨料、水泥、粉煤灰、水和外加剂等。质料水泥若包裹砂石遇水结块，假如拌和不充沛就简单粘在拌和轴上，若水泥进料口方位方向不合理，使拌和轴不能快速充沛拌和，就简单构成抱轴现象。

2. It may be the direction of material feeding. The main materials used for mixing concrete are gravel aggregate, cement, fly ash, water and additives. If the material cement is wrapped with sand and stone and agglomerates in water, if the mixing is not sufficient, it will simply stick to the mixing shaft. If the direction of the cement inlet is not reasonable, the mixing shaft can not be quickly and fully mixed, which will simply constitute the phenomenon of shaft holding.

3.在结束作业之后没有及时对拌和机内部进行清洗，或清洗不干净，导致拌和轴外表仍有残留的混凝土，枯燥后凝固在拌和轴上，假如长期如此则十分简单发生抱轴现象。

3. The internal part of the mixer is not cleaned in time after the completion of the operation, or the cleaning is not clean, resulting in the residual concrete on the surface of the mixing shaft, which will solidify on the mixing shaft after being dry. 三.自动上料拌和机闷机跳闸原因分析

1.投料过多，引起拌和机负荷过大。

1. Too much feeding leads to excessive load of mixer.

2.三角传动皮带太松，使传动体系功率低。

2. The V-belt is too loose, which makes the power of transmission system low.

3.拌和主机上盖检修开关被振松，引起停机。

3. The safety maintenance switch on the upper cover of mixing machine was vibrated loose, resulting in shutdown.

4.拌和体系叶片与衬板之间的空隙过大，拌和过程中，加大了阻力。
