一.行走无力或油温过高
1、 Weak walking or high oil temperature
自动上料搅拌车行走无力或油温过高时,就需要判别是离合器活塞密封不严仍是油压缺乏引起的,但惯例检测手段有时很难断定是哪个原因引起毛病,尤其是在无动力的情况下,检查组装好的变速器总成的各密封环就更困难了。此刻,可采用气压阀进行测试。

1.将自动上料搅拌车变速器控制阀拆掉(对组装好的变速器应在装控制阀之前);

2.顺次给变速器各油孔通人0.6一0.8MPa的气体,若某一个孔通人气体时,听到"嘭"的一声且无漏气声或漏气声很小进口计量泵,则阐明与之对应的离合器活塞与缸筒间的密封杰出;

1.可能是拌和主机进水管与冲水方位原因。冲水点方位和冲刷方向不正确的话,也或者是冲水压力过低,导致水在进入主机内部后,不能将暂时粘结在轴上的混凝土冲刷掉,则时刻久了就简单构成抱轴。

1.投料过多,引起拌和机负荷过大。
