3. 检查热交换器：自动混凝土搅拌车利用液压油散热器来进行降温。热交换器上装有电机驱动风扇进行散热，让液压油正常工作，上面的机械式指针通过检测管路当中的负压，如果出现读数证明液压油滤清器可能出现堵塞，刚开始出现的时候只需要拔掉上面的橡胶指针归零，如果后面还出现读书且拔掉橡胶塞之后还不了的话，就需要更换液压油滤芯了。

5. 检查散热器控制盒：散热控制盒监控和接受温度传感其传递过来的信号，当温度数据超过设定值后，自动接通散热风扇的电路，让空气流通降低液压油的温度，因此散热控制盒损坏后，散热系统就不能正常工作，需要及时更换，一般情况下，散热器控制盒不容易损坏。

5. Check the radiator control box: the radiator control box monitors and receives the signal from the temperature sensor. When the temperature data exceeds the set value, the circuit of the radiator fan is automatically connected to let the air circulate and reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
