The time of large-scale use of concrete mixer truck is still short, and many users do not know much about some daily use and maintenance. In addition, the working environment of mixer truck is relatively poor, which has artificially caused some unnecessary faults and economic losses. This paper discusses some views on some use and maintenance requirements of mixer truck, hoping to be helpful to the daily use of the majority of mixer truck users.

The use of hydraulic transmission system in each system of concrete mixer truck, the hydraulic system is the most important and fine working part, especially for its use and maintenance. The hydraulic motor, hydraulic oil pump and reducer used in the mixer produced by domestic manufacturers are mostly original imported parts.

当通过操纵装置使变量杆向左转动，油泵就开始从油口A排油，经高压油管进入马达，马达转动，流经马达的油变成低压油，经另一高压油管从B口流回油泵。

When the variable lever is turned to the left through the control device, the oil pump starts to drain oil from port a and enters the motor through the high-pressure oil pipe. The motor rotates, and the oil flowing through the motor becomes low-pressure oil, which flows back to the oil pump from port B through another high-pressure oil pipe.

变量杆转动角度愈大，油泵每转排出的油量就愈多，马达的转速就愈高。当操纵变量秆使其向右转动，这时压力油就从B口排出，马达旋向改变，低压油从A口流回油泵。马达的转动带动了减速机，从而使搅拌车的拌筒能在一定转速范围内无级变速且有两种旋向。其它液压系统原理与此相同。

The greater the rotation angle of the variable rod, the more oil discharged by the oil pump per revolution, and the higher the speed of the motor. When the variable rod is operated to rotate to the right, the pressure oil is discharged from port B, the rotation direction of the motor changes, and the low-pressure oil flows back to the oil pump from Port A. The rotation of the motor drives the reducer, so that the mixing drum of the mixing truck can be continuously variable within a certain speed range and has two rotation directions. The principle of other hydraulic systems is the same.

要使液压系统、无故障地工作，就要在日常使用中加强维护保养，并严格按说明书的要求进行操作，按要求及时对液压油和辅助装置（主要是滤清器）进行更换。在换油过程中应注意以下几点。

In order to make the hydraulic system work efficiently and trouble free, it is necessary to strengthen maintenance in daily use, operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual, and timely replace the hydraulic oil and auxiliary devices (mainly filters) as required. Pay attention to the following points during oil change.

1）使用性能参数符合要求的液压油，不能使用已用过或用过经过滤和沉淀的液压油。

1) Use hydraulic oil whose performance parameters meet the requirements, and never use used or filtered and precipitated hydraulic oil.

2）加油时更好使用过滤精度为10 的滤油器3）主系统、泵、马达的壳体在启动前要充满液压油。

2) It is better to use an oil filter with a filtering accuracy of 10 when refueling. 3) the shell of the main system, pump and motor shall be filled with hydraulic oil before starting.

4）用户初次使用500和及以后每2000h需更换液压油和滤芯，必须使用说明书的液压油和滤芯。
