在使用到一定时间之后，过多过少的会出现拌筒不能转动，一般有3种情况：

应对方法：
Countermeasures:
1、运输过程中有混泥土卡住了；清理干净就没有问题了；

2、液压系统或发动机故障的处理：

（1）打开搅拌筒检修孔盖，旋松马达上高压软管的管接头，旋转拌筒使拌筒检修孔斜向下，将砼从搅拌筒检修孔排出；
(1) Open the access hole cover of the mixing drum, unscrew the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum to make the access hole of the mixing drum incline downward, and discharge the concrete from the access hole of the mixing drum;
（2）将故障车的高压胶管从马达上卸下，把救援用的高压胶管接上，另一端接在救援车的油泵上，并将应急用的回油管一端接在故障车的马达泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援车的油泵回油口，利用救援车来控制故障车拌筒的旋转，将砼排出。
(2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the failed vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure rubber hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the failed vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. Use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the failed vehicle and discharge the concrete.
3、马达发生故障，处理则较简单，可把救援车的马达卸下装在故障车上，再将各个油管接好，启动救援车即可将拌筒内的砼排出。

小型混凝土搅拌车作为运输用汽车，在维护和修理方面须遵照交通部的规定，执行“定期检测、强制维护、视情修理”的维修制度。在这个大前提下，再结合混凝土搅拌运输车的实际情况，做好维护和修理。在日常维护方面，混凝土搅拌运输车除应按常规对汽车发动机、底盘等部位进行维护外，还须做好以下维护工作。
